### Return & Refund Policy

At PrimeNest, we value your shopping experience and customer satisfaction. We provide a 30-day return policy, meaning you have exactly 30 days after receiving your shipment to submit an official request for a return and refund.

#### 1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a valid return, your purchased item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and contained within its original factory packaging. You must also supply the original checkout receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.

#### 2. Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact us directly via email at DunckerDirusso@gmail.com. Once your return inquiry is reviewed and authorized, we will send you a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Returns sent back to our facilities without first requesting an official return will strictly not be accepted or processed.

#### 3. Return Fees & Costs
* Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Damaged in transit, wrong product received): Free. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you ($0.00).
* Customer Remorse (Changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, no longer want the product, etc.): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A fixed flat rate fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
* Restocking Charges: PrimeNest does NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00) under any circumstances.

#### 4. Damaged or Broken Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is discovered to be defective, damaged during transit, or if you received an entirely incorrect item, contact us immediately at DunckerDirusso@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

#### 5. Refund Timeline
Once we have safely received and thoroughly inspected your returned package, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that individual banks and credit card companies may require additional administrative processing time to post the credit to your statement.
